Krass

Dr.
Guise
graduated

Toronto

1991.
She

residency
training
in

Medicine

Ontario

Dr.

Services
in
1993
and
took
Dr.
Ted

when
he
retired
from
the
group.

Jason
Morin,
MD,
CCFP
Originally from New Brunswick, Dr. Morin graduated from Dalhousie University Medical School (Halifax, N.S.) in 1997. He completed his residency training (Family Medicine) at the University of Western Ontario (London) in 1999 and joined Niagara Health Services in January, 2000.
Dr. Morin and his wife are proud parents of a Jack Russell Terrier named ‘Spike’.
On the weekends you might see Dr. Morin at a Football game in Buffalo. He also enjoys hiking and
other outdoor activities.

Dr.
Lum
graduated

Ottawa
in
1990.
She
completed
her
residency
training
in
Family
Medicine
at
the
University
of
Toronto
in
1992.
Dr.
Lum
joined
Niagara
Health
Services
in
1995.
Dr.
Lum
lives
with
her
husband
and
2
children.
She
enjoys
skiing,
golfing
and
swimming.

Michael
Nagel, MD, CCFP
Dr. Nagel
completed his Bachelor of Science with Honors and his
Masters of Science at Brock University.
In 1989 Dr. Nagel completed his Doctorate of
Chiropractic from the CMCC in Toronto.
Dr. Nagel is a new graduate; completing his
medical degree in 2005 and his medical residency in
2008. Dr.
Nagel has a keen interest in Sports Medicine.
He lives in the Niagara region with his family,
cats, and his siberian husky.
Dr. Nagel enjoys restoring vintage sports cars
and has a special interest in mechanical watches.

Eric Zufelt, Bsc, MD, CCFP
Originally from Barrie, Ontario, Dr. Zufelt completed his BSc with Honors in Biology from Queens University in Kingston from 2007-2011. He remained at Queens for his Medical Degree from 2007-2011. From there he came to Niagara and finished his Residency in Family Medicine at the McMaster Niagara Family Health Centre in St. Catharines. Shortly after that he joined the Niagara Medical Group on Queen St. in Niagara Falls in summer 2013. Dr. Zufelt enjoys providing primary care for patients from babies to grandparents and everything in between. Special interests include preventative care and education in medicine and he is involved with the Niagara Regional Campus of McMaster University. He lives in Niagara Falls with his wife and daughter and their small dog. He enjoys running, cycling, hockey, squash and fishing in Niagara.

Ryan Hogg,
Bsc,MD,CCFP
Dr. Hogg completed his Bachelor of
Science with Honors in Kinesiology at the University
of Waterloo. Dr. Hogg graduated in
2014; completing his medical degree at the University
of Ottawa in 2012 and his medical residency at
McMaster University. After
completing his medical residency Dr. Hogg completed 4
months of additional training in palliative care.
He also enjoys performing minor procedures and
chronic disease management. Dr.
Hogg lives in Niagara Falls with his wife Kristen and
their daughter Emmery. He enjoys
indoor and beach volleyball, as well as, distance
cycling. Dr. Hogg also volunteers
at the Southridge Community Church in Vineland with
the Migrant Worker Health Clinic.
